What is A Non-Surgical Facelift?

The Non-Surgical Facelift comprises of a sequence of treatments that produce and simulates many of the benefits accomplished by a surgical Facelift, without the use of anaesthetic or a scalpel.

How is the Non-Surgical Facelift performed?

The Non-Surgical Facelift is a sequence of treatments with the application of high voltage galvanic electrical current, high frequency ultrasound and dermatophoresis to
produce “facelift like” effects upon the soft-tissue envelope of the face and neck. The Non-Surgical Facelift client must commit to 20 sessions over 10 weeks to accomplish the best results. Each treatment is approximately an hour long and clients can usually return to normal activities immediately. Some clients may require Botox and inject able fillers in some areas of the facial regions. Clients that need additional treatment to improve skin color, wrinkles and tone will require a program lasting 16 weeks.

Who is a Non-Surgical Facelift Candidate?

A Non-Surgical Facelift candidate includes all those individuals who desire to achieve some of the effects of a surgical facelift but (i) are too young (age 20-35 yrs) to consider a more invasive procedure, but want to combat the early visible signs of facial aging, such as droopiness of the brow, cheeks and neck; (ii) middle aged clients (age 35-50 yrs) who have moderate signs of facial aging, (iii) older clients (age 50-65 yrs) who have obvious facial aging (iv) clients who have undergone cosmetic surgery and want to maintain the benefits of the surgery. A client who would not be a candidate for the Non-Surgical Facelift, if they have a pacemaker, suffer from cataracts or have unrealistic expectations.

How is the Non-Surgical Facelift effect accomplished?

The Non-Surgical Facelifts combination of several treatments during the bi-weekly visits, accomplishes the facelift effect. High voltage electrical current, isometric resistance, high frequency ultrasound treatments, which results in youthful rejuvenation of the skin and a tightening of the facial soft-tissue envelope with an elevation of the brow, cheek and neck to imitate the appearance of a surgical brow-lift, eyelid contouring, cheek-lift, jowl-lift and neck-lift.

How long will the Non-Surgical Facelift effects last?

After the 2-3 months of Non-Surgical Facelift treatments, to maintain the facial elevation effects, the client must commit to a maintenance program. The coordinated, affordable maintenance program requires visits once every 4-6 weeks.

Does the Non-Surgical Facelift hurt and are there any risks?

The application of the High Voltage electrical current high frequency ultrasound results in odd sensations, and a tolerable discomfort for most patients that they quickly adjust to. To help combat any discomfort, Topical anaesthetic cream is applied.

What results might I expect from the Non-Surgical Facelift?

Studies show the average client resulted in a 4-8 mm of brow elevation and upper eyelid improvement. The cheeks, midface and lower lids are elevated and tightened by 30-40% and the jowls and neck are tightened by 20-30%. Most clients report they look between 5-7 years younger.
